For more than 500 years The Bull i’ th’ Thorn has offered a warm welcome to travellers and the field adjacent to our Inn provides excellent facilities for both Caravans and Campers.
We are situated on the old Roman Road between Buxton and Ashbourne, nestling amongst a handful of farms with stunning views of the rolling Derbyshire hills.
On site we have 15 acres of caravan and camping land with 10 electric hook ups, showers, toilets and taps.
We can place families on a quieter part of our site.
Larger groups are also welcome.
The Bull i’ th’ Thorn Inn is on the Buxton – Ashbourne Road (A515) six miles south of Buxton.
Camping Rates 2010:
- Caravans – £16.00 per night (2 people)
- Campervans – £12.00 per night (2 people)
- Additional adults (over 14 years) – £1.50 per night
- Tents (up to 4 people) – £12.00 per night
- Tents (over 4 people) – £20.00 per night
- Electric hook-up (extra) – £4.00 per night
- ‘Pup’ Tents – £6.00 per night
- Duke of Edinburgh – £4.00 per night
